Using a CD to Learn Spanish in Under 8 Weeks - All in Your Car!

I was able to learn a lot of Spanish in about two months.

My secret? Finding a good CD to learn Spanish and listening to it exclusively in my car. This little-used trick was able to get me an extra 50 hours a month to learn Spanish, all without using up any of my free time.

How To Reclaim 50 Hours Of Your Month Immediately

OK. I want you to try something for me.

Think about how much time you spend in your car every week.

There's driving to and from work... picking up groceries... driving to other engagements you have...

If you're like me, you just added up about 10 to 12 hours of your week spent in your car. That's a lot of time.

Now, what do you do in your car all that time? (Other than drive, of course.) Do you listen to the radio? Do you sit in silence?

If you're like me, you just answered yes to both.

What a WASTE! I have a MUCH better use for your time.

Use those 10 to 12 hours a week for audio learning programs! While you drive, you can listen to a CD to learn Spanish and fill that dead time with language lessons.

So What CD Is Best To Learn Spanish?

First, I'll need to know your goals: do you want to learn Spanish basics, or lots of Spanish? Do you want to travel to Latin America or Spain?

I ask this because there are a number of Spanish language courses available for different needs!

I personally recommend using a course called Learning Spanish Like Crazy. It's cheap and very effective for learning Spanish for Latin America.

A popular course is called Pimsleur and it focuses largely on European Spanish. It is very expensive, though.

There's even an inexpensive course called Rocket Spanish that, among the software it provides for your computer, also gives about two weeks worth of audio lessons.

The Bottom Line

Study the courses I've listed above and find what CD to learn Spanish works best for you.

But most important of all, take advantage of your down time every week -- fill up your time spent in your car with a good CD to learn Spanish!
