Learn the Spanish Language - The Fastest, Easiest Way!

There are many good reasons to learn the Spanish Language, to learn to speak, understand and appreciate Spanish. It is the most prevalent language in the Western Hemisphere, the second most prevalent language in the U.S.A. and arguably the fourth most prevalent language in the world.

English has two main roots: Old English and Latin. Latin was the official language of England up until 1252. The Magna Carta, fundamental document in the system of English law, was written in Latin in 1215.

Spanish is (and the other Romance Languages are) directly descended from "street Latin" the version of Latin spoken on the street by the common people of the time. So Spanish and English have common roots in Latin.

This is why English words of Latin origin are very similar to Spanish words, which makes it relatively easy for English speakers to learn the Spanish Language.

Many words, like "actor" and "doctor" are written exactly the same in both languages. Other words have similar roots and although they may have different endings, they are easy to understand. English "tranquility" is the same as Spanish "tranquilidad", humility is humilidad, and so forth.

The best way to learn the Spanish Language is the same way you learned English; it is the vocal, conversational form. You listen, learn, speak and practice. You learn to communicate, to understand and make yourself understood. Think about it. Children speak pretty good English before they know what "grammar" and "conjugation" mean!
